Nanit CEO Sarah Dorsett hired me to lead a complete review and refresh of the Nanit Brand and its creative expression. I began with comprehensive discovery sessions, interviewing members of the Nanit team across all functional areas. Then I conducted a comprehensive audit of the brand, creative, the existing internal team, and agencies. Finally, I spearheaded an org design that included hiring new team members and agencies as needed, and built out creative and content programs across all channels.

I also worked with Sarah to develop her executive brand narrative and its expression across all channels and media.

We also rebranded Nanit. This was an extensive, months-long process that included workshops, exercises, and cross-functional collaboration. It includes ideology, identity, values, personality, voice, and visual expression.  The deliverable was a comprehensive Brand Book, designed by Lauren Cameron, which can be viewed here.
