Viome’s Consumer President Sarah Dorsett hired me to audit the content, creative, and existing team and agencies. I then embarked upon a comprehensive omnichannel, multiquarter initiative, hired a new team and agencies, and built out creative and content programs across various channels. I also worked with Sarah to develop various go-to-market campaigns and special projects.

Women’s Health

Our premise was simple but dire: Women are living longer but not necessarily thriving. My expertise in the women’s health space enabled me to translate Viome’s unique opportunity to transform women’s healthspan through precision plans tailored to their individual biology. The story was a true synthesis of data and content. Viome’s Women’s Health initiative included a content-driven microsite, email marketing, and organic social posts.

Healthy Aging

Longevity. Biological age. Chronological age. A few years ago, no one head every heard of such things. Now, it seems like everyone is talking about them. Viome’s Full Body Intellgence™ Test delivered to users 50+ health scores, including a Biological Age. But what we wanted to focus on was helping people live longer, more vital lives across the healthspan. This Healthy Aging campaign was a content and creative strategy focused on just that.

Homepage Redesign

Microbiome science. RNA testing. Health scores. Longevity. What does it all mean, and why does it matter? What makes Viome different from all the other microbiome-focused, digital health, longevity companies out there? It seems that new businesses and products are making promises in the space iall the time. I oversaw a designer and a copywriter in developing concepts for an updated strategy that clarified messaging, refined imagery, and clearly and aspirationally differentiated the Viome promise. This is how it would come to life on the Homepage.

Amazon

As a CPG product that was sold exclusively online, the importance of the Amazon.com storefront and product modules cannot be overstated. We had an opportunity to tell the story of all three tests, the Viome difference, and to use imagery and data viz to quickly and clearly explain that this was (and is) the first and only at-home Microbiome testing kit of its kind. I oversaw a designer and copywriter to create this updated experience.
