As Bed Bath & Beyond’s Creative Director, I built the $8 Billion brand's first-ever internal creative agency from the ground up and directed its creative redefinition and execution.
As part of that endeavor, we created a multimedia studio that enabled us to create our own brand video content. All creative was made by the internal team I hired.
We established a content strategy that targeted customer segments, organized merchandise by areas of expertise, created a seasonal editorial calendar, and celebrated both the little moments at home that bring joy and the life stages that become unforgettable milestones.
The result: Multiple video franchises that were teeming with inspiration and solutions.

Dished
Microwave cooking goes Michelin (almost). Falafel whipped up in a waffle maker (you read that right). The best grilled cheese ever (and for a crowd, no less). The Dished series featured fun, recipe-tested food videos showcasing business product priorities.

Help Desk
Ever wondered how to clean a fan? Organize your fridge? Get that pesky duvet into the duvet cover without breaking your neck? We got you. Help Desk videos turned everyday tasks that were not so simple into a snap.

Style Solutions
You don’t need to break the bank to spruce up your space. From grocery store flowers to little touches to brighten up your table setting, our goal was to deliver attainable ideas that customers could afford to give their homes a refresh.

Spring Cleaning
Who says you can’t make Spring Cleaning fun? From pantries to junk drawers, there’s a cleaning need in every room of the house. We created a spring cleaning + organization campaign each season; and this was a great way to repurpose content.

Holiday
Every Holiday Season we created a fresh campaign, and while holiday entertaining was critical to the business, our gifting ideas were fresh and unique…and didn’t break the bank. Plus: what’s holiday without a gingerbread house?

Who doesn’t remember buying their first coffee maker for college at Bed Bath & Beyond? One of the biggest life stages we served for our customers was going off to college, and we had solutions and ideas for everything students would need for campus life,

Move Campaign
We partnered with Style Network Star Trish Suhr to give customers solutions for another huge life-stage moment: Moving. This series of videos made each overwhelming stage of organizing, packing, unpacking, and settling in feel manageable–and even a bit fun.
