Website and Email Campaign
I was the lead writer for Tiffany & Co.'s global website redesign project, and a key team member from concept development through launch. I was responsible for all language from nomenclature and navigational language to writing creative copy for the new site pages. I also developed with a new, more “editorial” style of copy for the item descriptions, which were written by two junior writers under my supervision. To announce the launch, I created an email campaign that demonstrated the main sections of the site and additional tools/functionality that was implemented to make shopping on Tiffany.com a more luxurious, intuitive experience.
